超细滑石粉在水介质中的分散机理研究

摘    要:研究了超细滑石粉在水介质中的分散行为 ,讨论了超分散剂 PSE系列与传统分散剂对滑石在水介质中的分散行为的影响 ,并通过颗粒间的相互作用能的计算进一步分析了超分散剂PSE系列的作用机理。研究结果表明 :当滑石颗粒表面电位达到 5 0 m V时 ,滑石仍处于明显的团聚状态 ,说明滑石颗粒表面具有的疏水作用能是决定其在水介质中基本分散行为的重要因素 ;A- B嵌段超分散剂 PSE系列对超细滑石粉颗粒的分散效果优于传统的分散剂 ,且不受介质 p H的影响 ,其分散稳定作用实质上是增强了颗粒间的静电排斥作用和空间位阻作用 ,减弱了范德华吸引作用的结果

Abstract:The dispersion behavior ultrafine talc powder in aqueous medium was investigated by the sedimentation test,and the effect of hyperdispersant PSE on talc′s dispersion behaviors in aqueous medium was studied and compared with traditional dispersants.Furthermore,the mechanism of PSE in the systems was revealed through calculating the interaction energies between particles.It is showed that the hydrophobic energy of the surface of talc particles is a key factor for determing their basic behaviors in aqueous system;A-block-B hyperdispersant PSE is more efficient than traditional dispersants and the hyperdispersants are not affected by the pH of medium,and its main action is to increase the electrostatic froce and the steric force and decrease the Van der Waals force due to adsorption dispersants.
