摘    要:新疆某氧化铜矿原矿品位为1.03%,原矿中铜矿物种类多,矿石可浮性差异大,且以并不多见的难选赤铜矿为主,氧化率高,钙镁等碱性脉石含量也较高,同时,原矿中-20μm矿泥含量高达60%,属于泥质难选铜矿,且该矿泥是以火山尘的形式存在,大量矿泥的存在不仅消耗大量药剂,增加了操作难度,而且还恶化浮选环境,导致铜精矿品位和回收率...

Abstract:The copper grade of the raw ore in Xinjiang is 1.03% and it contains many species of copper minerals with obvious difference in floatability,among which most are refractory cuprites.For its high oxidation,high content of alkaline gangues such as calcium,magnesium and so on,this copper ore belongs to a slime-bearing and refractory copper oxide ore.At the same time,the content of-20μm of original ore slime in the form of volcanic dust reaches 60%,which makes the consumption very large,the operation difficult,the flotation surrounding worse and the concentrate grade and the recovery low.Since the traditional flotation reagents cannot treat this ore effectively,based on the research on the properties of the raw ore,a closed-circuit technological flowsheet consisting of one roughing—two cleaning—three scavenging—one cleaning-scavenging flotation was adopted by adding the high-efficiency combined ore slime inhibitor-CHO+A22,which inhibits the rise of ore slime and controls the problem of high content of froth and viscous pulp.At last,a copper concentrate of 18.18%Cu was obtained with a recovery of 75.04%,which provides a new way for separating this kind of refractory and high slime-bearing copper oxide ores.
