共振式复合筛筛孔尺寸对工艺效果影响的试验分析

摘    要:为研究单振源共振筛筛孔尺寸对工艺效果的影响,在单振源共振筛试验系统中筛孔尺寸分别取0.075、0.1、0.12、0.15、0.2、0.3mm,处理量分别取2、4、6、8、12、14、16、18、20 t/m2.h,测定入料细度(-200目)、筛下细度(-200目)及筛上细度(-200目),并计算出筛下产率、筛分效率等相关指标,研究结果表明,随着处理量的逐渐增大,筛下细度(-200目)基本保持恒定,筛上细度(-200目)逐渐增大,筛下产率与筛分效率均逐渐减小。同时在筛孔尺寸为0.075~0.15 mm,随着筛孔尺寸的逐渐变大,处理量快速增大,当筛孔达到0.2mm以后,处理量逐渐趋于平缓,且筛分效率为75%时,处理量可达到8.8~19.3 t/m2.h。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the size of resonant sieve hole on the technological effect, in the single vibration source resonance screen test system, the size of the screen hole is 0.075,0.1,0.12,0.15,0.2,0.3 mm, and the capacity is 2,4,6,8,12,14,16,18,20 t / M2. H, the feed fineness (- 200 Mesh) , the sieving fineness (- 200 Mesh) and the sieving fineness (- 200 Mesh) were measured, and the sieving yield and efficiency were calculated The fineness on the screen (- 200 Mesh) increases gradually, and the yield and screening efficiency decrease gradually. At the same time, when the size of the screen hole is 0.075 ~ 0.15 mm, with the size of the screen hole increasing gradually, the treatment capacity increases rapidly. When the size of the screen hole reaches 0.2 mm, the treatment capacity gradually flattens out and the screening efficiency is 75% , the treatment capacity can reach 88.8~19.3 t/m2.h
