我国硼铁矿综合开发利用现状及其进展

摘    要:我国硼铁矿资源储量丰富且分布相对集中,其组成复杂,主要矿物有磁铁矿、硼镁石、硼镁铁矿、晶质铀矿和蛇纹石,多种矿物密切共生,呈细粒不均匀嵌布,分选难度大。随着国民经济的发展,硼需求量巨大,而易选硼矿资源储量不断减少,难以满足国内硼工业的需求,使得难选硼铁矿综合利用越来越受到重视,通过加强复杂难选硼铁矿资源的开发利用,对提高我国资源利用率意义重大。本文介绍了我国硼铁矿资源的开发利用现状及处理方法,主要有湿法分离工艺、火法分离工艺和传统选矿方法(分级、磁选、重选、浮选)等,并阐述了一些硼铁矿综合利用新工艺。

Abstract:Resource of paigeite in China is abundant and the distribution is mainly concentrated in four provinces. It has characters of complex composition and fine grain size. The useful minerals, such as magnetite and szaibelyite, are closely associated with many other minerals, such as uranium, serpentine and quartz. Although there are differences between the physical and chemical properties of main minerals, the useful minerals are still difficult to be separated. With the development of economy, utilization of paigeite is becoming more and more important. Therefore separation technologies of paigeite are summarized, which are mainly pyrogenic process, wet process, traditional mineral processing methods and some other technologies.
