摘    要:云南永善金沙厂高镁低硅型中低品位胶磷矿,经"一粗两精"反浮选开路工业试验流程选别后,获得磷精矿产率57.24%、P2O532.11%,磷回收率82.46%、脱镁率86.26%的较好指标,为今后日处理1600t的磷选厂改造和生产指导提供了技术支撑、储备,也为同类磷矿山的开发利用提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The industrial test on reverse flotation of medium and low grade collophanite ore with high content of magnesium and low silicon at Yongshan Jinsha plant in Yunnan province was studied. The results show that phosphate concentrate productivity of 57.24%,grade of 32.11% and recovery of 82.46% with the magnesium removal rate of 86.26% was achieved through the reverse flotation open-circuit test, which was once roughing and twice cleaning to the rough concentrate. This provided technical support and reserve for the reform and production of the plant which has the productivity of 1600 ton per day for processing raw ore in the future.
