蒙脱石基ATO纳米核壳结构导电粉的制备

摘    要:选用蒙脱石作为基体材料,SnCl4.5H2O和SbCl3为包覆材料,采用共沉淀法制备了蒙脱石基核壳结构导电粉,并对其水解pH值、保温时间、SnCl4.5H2O/SbCl3摩尔比、SnCl4.5H2O用量、焙烧温度、水解温度等影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,制备出的导电粉电阻率为1.682×105Ω.cm,颜色为浅黄色。通过对样品进行XRD、DTA、IR及激光显微镜分析,说明蒙脱石与锡锑元素进行了很好的复合,锡主要以SnO2的金红石四方结构存在,锑没有生成新相,并且掺杂后的复合导电粉具有分散性、稳定性好等优点。

Abstract:This experimental research selected montmorillonite grinded to slurry as the substrate material and SnCl4-5H2O and SbCl3 as coating materials.Antimony-doped tin oxide(Sb-SnO2) nanoparticles were deposited on montmorillonite to produce Sb-SnO2/montmorillonite(SSM) core-shell structure conductive powders via a chemical coprecipitation method.Due to so many effects of conductive performance,such as pH value,calcination time,hydrolysis temperature,the mole ratio of SnCl4-5H2O and SbCl3,doping concentration of antimony,calcinations temperature,orthogonal experiment was applied in order to get the optimum condition in a short time.The optimum condition is pH value 3,doping concentration of antimony0.2g/g,the mole ratio of SnCl4-5H2O and SbCl35,calcinations temperature 700-,calcination time 30min,hydrolysis temperature 40-.The ranking of effects is pH value,calcination time,hydrolysis temperature,the mole ratio of SnCl4-5H2O and SbCl3,doping concentration of antimony,calcination temperature according to the degree of influence.The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The precursors of Sb-SnO2 powder were researched by means of thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and FTIR spectroscopy.According to the result of testing,doping of Sn、Sb and montmorillonite is well and tetragonal phase cassiterite of SnO2 is found.No other new phase performed via analysising XRD chart.The composite powder has good dispersible performance and stabilization.
