摘    要:试验和分析了用氯化钠溶液作淋洗剂的铀地浸工艺中氯离子对淋洗的影响,及浸出液中氯的累积等问题。试验结果表明:淋洗剂NaC l浓度在28 g/L以上就可以使树脂基本上转成氯型,淋洗过程中,液相必须有一定氯离子浓度,方可获得较高铀浓度的合格液;对NaC l作淋洗剂的产品进行洗涤可以减少C l-含量;随吸附原液氯离子浓度增高树脂铀容量下降,当吸附原液氯离子浓度大于2.5 g/L时,树脂铀容量下降约20%以上,氯离子浓度<1 g/L时,对吸附影响不明显。

Abstract:The influence of chlorine ion on lixiviation and the accumulation of chlorine ion in leaching liquor in the in-situ leaching of uranium with sodium chloride solution as eluant is tested and analyzed in this paper.Test results show: the resin can be made to turn into chlorine type basically when the NaCl content of eluant is more than 28 g/L,only if the stated chlorine ion content of liquid phase is kept in the course of eluent solution,the qualified liquid of higher uranium content can be gotten;the Cl-content of the product can be reduced by washing when NaCl is used as eluent;the uranium-adsorbing capaty of resin drops with the increase of chlorine ion content of adsorption liquid;when the chlorine ion content of adsorption liquid is larger than 2.5 g/L,the uranium-adsorbing capacity of resin drops by 20% more,the influence of chlorine ion content on uranium adsorption is not obvious when the chlorine ion content is less than 1 g/L.
