冶锌废渣中铜锌镉的湿法回收试验研究

摘    要:湿法炼锌废渣中含有铜、锌、镉等多种有价金属,且含泥量很大,采用常规浮选比较难以分离,采用湿法浸出是目前的有效办法。通过大量条件试验,采用铁粉置换铜,锌粉置换镉,除去铁、铝、锰等杂质,最终得到了高品位的有价产品,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The residue produced in zinc hydrometallurgy contains various valuable metals such as Cu,Zn,Cd,and contains lots of mud also,so it is difficult to recover these metals from the residue using conventional flotation.But wet leaching is an effective way at present.By large amount of condition experiments,iron powder was used to displace Cu,Zn powder was used to displace Cd,after such impurity metal as Fe,Al,Mn,were eliminated,a valuable production was obtained,resulting in good economic effect.
