我国能源优质化战略的思考

我国正处在重新考虑能源发展战略的关键时期。要实现和谐社会、可持续发展的战略目标,必须调整我国能源发展战略。提出要优化能源结构,把建立国际多元化能源供应体系作为长期能源供应的战略目标,把能源优质化作为主攻方向,把天然气开发作为本世纪能源开发的重点,加强天然气管网系统等能源基础设施,同时注重核电、水电等优质一次能源的开发。

Thoughts on the Strategy of Developing High Quality Energy in China

The restructuring of energy development strategy in China is in its critical period,the energy development strategy must be adjusted in order to realize harmony socialism and its sustainable development.This paper puts forward that the China's energy structure must be upgraded,the thinking bondage of energy supply only depended on home resources must be broken down,the strategy object of energy supply in long term in the future should be to establish an international and diversified energy supply system,the main direction should be to develop high quality energy,the development of natural gas should be set as the emphasis of developing energy in this century,and the construction of energy infrastructure such as natural gas pipeline system should be strengthened,at the same time the attentions also be paid to the development of such primary energy with high quality as nuclear power and hydropower.
