高水材料硬化体特性及其充填体力学作用机理分析

摘    要:详细分析了高水材料硬化体多方面的特性,并从高水材料对其尾砂固结充填体力学性质的影响、高水固结充填体对采空区周围岩体的作用、高水因结充填与围岩共同作用等方面探讨了高水固结充填体的力学作用机理。研究结果表明,由于高水材料固结充填体具有速凝早强、高结晶水、强度再生、耐水等特性,使其充填作用效果明显优于普通胶结材料充填体,且更适用于深部高应力环境及复杂应力条件下的充填。

Abstract:The paper discusses in detail the characteristics of a hardening body formed by high water content filling materials. The action mechanism of the high water retaining fill body is also discussed which covers the influence of high water content filling materials on the mechanical properties of the cemented tailings fill body, the action of the high water content fill body on the wall rocks in the mined-out areas, the interaction of the fill body and the wall rocks. Research results indicate that the high water content cemented fill body features quick consolidation, fast curing, high crystallized water content, strength regeneration, water resistance. Therefore, the performances of the fill body as a support are superior over the fill body formed of ordinary cemented filling materials. The high water retaining fill is more suitable for highly stressed deep mines and more complicated stress conditions.
