矿用钢丝绳缺陷检测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对国内各种钢丝绳断丝检测仪的检测精度低、检测结果稳定性差等缺陷,研究了一种矿用钢丝绳断丝漏磁信号检测和处理新仪器。仪器采用强磁检测原理,可以实时、在线、定量、多通道地检测钢丝绳的损伤,并提供网络化的服务,对损伤的判定较目前的手段更为科学、准确、合理。

Abstract:With the aims to overcome the disadvantages of existing homemade detection device for broken wires of wire ropes,such as low detecting precision and poor stability of test result,a new instrument for detecting and processing signal of leakage magnetic field for broken wire of mine-hoisting wire ropes has been studied and developed.The new instrument can achieve the real-time,on-line,quantitative and multi-channel damage detection of mine-hoisting wire ropes based on the principle of high intensity magnetic field detection,and can offer network service,so it is better scientific,exact and reasonable than the existing detection device in determining damage of wire ropes.
