摘    要:针对我国铝土矿资源的实际情况,对一水硬铝石与主要脉石矿物的反浮选分离作了初步研究。并以BS-1为组合捕收剂、TZ-1为改性调整剂,在弱酸性介质中对极难处理的高硅铝土矿进行反浮选试验研究,取得了精矿铝硅比10.01,综合回收率为83.13%的试验指标。

Abstract:Based on the characters of Chinese bauxite resources,the separation of diaspore and gangue mineral by reverse flotation was studied preliminarily in this paper.The reverse flotation experiment on hardly-treated high silica bauxite using BS-1 as combined collector and TZ-1 as regulator under moderately acidic condition was carried out,and the A/S of concentrate was up to 10.01,comprehensive recovery rate of alumina reached 83.13%.
