动静组合载荷作用下岩石破碎试验研究

摘    要:在动静态多功能岩石破碎试验台上,以花岗岩为试验对象分别进行了单一静载、冲击载荷和动静组合载荷破岩试验,结果表明:静载 动载组合模式能大幅度提高破岩效果,在破碎深度与破碎体积等方面比单一冲击或压入具有明显的优势,不同的动静组合载荷存在不同的破岩比能,合理选取动静载荷的比值,可使破岩比能最小,破碎效果最优。

Abstract:By the multifunctional testing device for rock fragmentation,the breaking tests of granite under static loading,impact loading and combined static and dynamic loading were carried out.The test results show that the breaking effects of rock can be improved greatly under combined static and dynamic loading,combined static and dynamic loading is more effective than impact loading and static loading in the breaking depth and volume of rock,the specific energy consumption of rock fragmentation is different for different combined dynamic and static loading,reasonable ratio of dynamic loading to static loading may make the specific energy consumption least and breakong effect optimal.
