充填质量影响因素的正交试验分析

为探索研究主要充填因素对充填质量的影响和优化工艺配比,以充填体强度、泌水率及流动性为指标,选取正交表L25(56),采用正交试验并进行方差分析考察料浆灰砂比(A)、粉煤灰掺量(B)、料浆浓度(C)3个因素对充填质量的影响。结果表明,影响强度的3个因素中,灰砂比影响最大,粉煤灰掺量次之,浓度最小;对砂浆泌水率影响最大的因素是含水量,次为灰砂比,最后是粉煤灰掺量;对砂浆流动性影响最大的因素是含水量,次为粉煤灰掺量,最后为灰砂比。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Backfill Quality with Orthogonal Test
