关于拉密公式适用条件的讨论

摘    要:在处理试验资料时,偶然发现当厚壁筒试样的壁厚过大时,采用拉密公式计算的轴对称应力成果,与试验现象有所出入。通过对拉密公式的理论推导值和试验成果的比较发现,拉密公式的使用是有条件的,只有在厚壁筒外半径与内半径的比值小于2时,计算与试验成果才是吻合的。

Abstract:When some test results was dealt with,an odd problem was found that the rotation-symmetrical stress calculated from Rami's formula couldn't according with the test phenomena if the ratio between outer radius and the inner radius was more large for the cement cylinder with thick wall.In this paper,the theory results deduced from Rami's formula was compared to the test data,and it was found that only when the ratio between outer radius and the inner radius was less than 2.0,the stress calculated from Rami's formula agreed with results.
