| 摘 要： | 分析了在滚齿机上用飞刀加工蜗轮的时候 ,飞刀的制造误差、安装误差及安装方法对工件精度的影响。并提出加工不同螺旋角蜗轮应采取的飞刀安装方法和对飞刀齿形的相应要求。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the influences of the errors of flying-cutter manufacture and installation and the erection method on the precision of workpieces while the flying-cutter was used to machine worm gear on gear-hobbing machine,and put forward relevant erection methods of flying-cutter for machining worm gears with different pitch angles and appropriate requirements for tooth shape. |
