基于神经网络与SOPC的球磨机负荷检测系统

摘    要:提出“三因素”法检测球磨机的外部响应,应用神经网络建立球磨机内部负荷与外部参数之间的关系模型对负荷进行预测。同时,应用基于嵌入式处理器核Nios的SOPC(System On Programmable Chip)技术来完成球磨机负荷检测系统软硬件设计。测试结果表明该系统能实时、准确地检测球磨机负荷,为解决球磨机外部响应与内部负荷参数之间的建模问题提供了一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:A "three factors" detecting method to measure the external response of ball mill has been put forward,and a relation model between internal load and external response of ball mill was funded using neural network to forecast its load.Meanwhile,the design of the load-detecting system's hardware and software is completed by applying the SOPC(System On Programmable Chip) technology based on embed processor Nios.The test result shows that the designed system can measure the ball mill's load exactly and on real-time.So,this paper presents an effective method to achieve the relation model between external response and internal load of ball mill.
