摘    要:为了解决5105综放工作面坚硬顶板不易垮落、来压剧烈等问题,确保工作面安全高效生产,确定采用深孔预裂爆破技术对坚硬顶板进行处理,设计了开切眼、两顺槽爆破弱化坚硬顶板的技术参数。实际应用及矿压监测表明,该技术达到了弱化坚硬顶板、降低来压强度、减少压架风险、保证安全生产的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the hard roof of 5105 fully mechanized top coal caving face is not easy to fall,severe pressure and other problems,and ensure the safe and efficient production of the working face,the deep hole presplitting blasting technology is adopted to deal with the hard roof,and the technical parameters of opening cut and two channel blasting to weaken the hard roof are designed.The practical application and mine pressure monitoring show that the technology achieves the goal of weakening hard roof,reducing the strength of weighting,reducing the risk of support crushing and ensuring safe production.
