中孔注浆锚索在破碎顶板支护中应用分析

针对塔山煤矿三盘区2305巷掘进期间受集中应力影响,巷道顶板出现下沉、破碎以及肩角煤柱垮漏等现象,合理分析了传统锚杆(索)支护存在的主要问题,提出了终孔注浆锚索支护。该支护实现了锚索全长锚固、锚索与顶板耦合支护,巷道顶板下沉量控制在0.24 m以下,大大提高了顶板稳定性,取得了较好的效果。

Application Analysis of Medium Hole Grouting Anchor Cable in Broken Roof Support

In view of the phenomenon that 2305 roadway in third panel area of Tashan Coal Mine is affected by concentrated stress during excavation,such as roadway roof subsidence,breakage and shoulder angle coal pillar collapse and leakage,this paper reasonably analyzes the main problems existing in traditional bolt(cable)support,and puts forward the final hole grouting anchor cable support.The support realizes the full-length anchoring of anchor cable and the coupling support of anchor cable and roof.The roof subsidence of roadway is controlled below 0.24 m,which greatly improves the stability of roof and achieves good results.
