泥岩顶底板回采巷道底鼓机理及控制技术

摘    要:针对官地矿泥岩顶底板巷道的底鼓控制难题,分析了软岩巷道的底鼓特征,阐述了底鼓的影响因素。在此基础上,结合当前煤矿常用的底鼓治理方法,确定了顶底帮一体化治理的方案。现场应用表明,33423回采巷道的底鼓得到了有效治理,治理后的最大底鼓量仅为0.4 m,为煤矿正常生产提供了保证。

Abstract:In view of the floor heave control problem of the roof and floor roadway in Guandi Mine,this paper analyzes the floor heave characteristics of the soft rock roadway,and expounds the influencing factors of the floor heave.On this basis,combined with the commonly used floor heave control methods in coal mines,the integrated control scheme of roof,floor and slope is determined.The field application shows that the floor heave of the 33423 mining roadway has been effectively controlled,and the maximum floor heave after treatment is only 0.4 m,which provides a guarantee for the normal production of coal mine.
