DTL100/80/2X200型带式输送机故障监控系统技术研究

针对山西潞安郭庄煤矿带式输送机故障监测诊断系统不灵敏、误报错报频率高以及无法全自动进行故障诊断与排查的问题,本文以神经网络故障检测方法原理为基础,设计基于参数预测的神经网络故障预测系统,实现郭庄煤矿该型带式输送机故障监控、预测以及诊断。

Research on Fault Monitoring System of DTL100/80/2X200 Belt Conveyor

The fault monitoring and diagnosis system of the belt conveyor in Guozhuang Coal Mine is not sensitive,the frequency of its false alarm is high,and it is unable to conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting automatically.In view of these problems,this paper,based on the principle of neural network fault detection,designs a neural network fault prediction system according to predicted parameter to realize the fault monitoring,prediction and diagnosis of the belt conveyor in Guozhuang Coal Mine.
