| Abstract: | In order to have a thorough research into how to maintain a sustained and balanced relationship between mining and tunneling,this paper made a comprehensive analysis on the issue of the staff structure and production technologies,there are two key factors influence the mine tunneling ability.After a great deal of research on the basis of data,we found that the main reasons of a mining company's tense extraction relations,and offered solutions to the question. |
