胡底煤业13091巷瓦斯抽采钻孔密封工艺研究

摘    要:为解决现有瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺的封孔效果较差、导致瓦斯抽放效果不佳的问题,研究提出了新的瓦斯抽采钻孔密封关键工艺,在胡底煤业13091巷进行了瓦斯抽采现场试验。试验结果显示,应用该工艺后瓦斯抽采浓度、瓦斯抽采量均有大幅提高,取得了显著的瓦斯抽采效果和经济社会效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the sealing effect of the existing gas drainage drilling hole sealing technology is poor,which leads to the poor gas drainage effect,a new key technology of gas drainage hole sealing is studied and put forward,and the field test of gas drainage is carried out in the 13091 roadway of Hudi Coal Industry.The test results show that the gas drainage concentration and gas extraction quantity have been greatly improved after the application of this technology,remarkable gas drainage effect and economic and social benefits have been obtained.
