低瓦斯含量特厚煤层瓦斯抽采技术研究

摘    要:为了解决同忻矿特厚煤层"低瓦斯赋存,高瓦斯涌出"造成的综放工作面初采期间上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,在原有的加强通风系统管理和顶抽巷抽放的瓦斯治理手段基础上,提出采用煤体瓦斯预抽的方法,通过巧妙利用进风巷的调车硐室施工瓦斯抽采扇形钻孔进行瓦斯超前预抽,有效降低了掘进以及回采期间的瓦斯涌出浓度,有力保证了矿井的安全生产。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the gas in the upper corner of the fully mechanized top coal caving face exceeds the limit during the initial mining period caused by "low gas occurrence and high gas emission" in the extra thick coal seam of Tongxin Coal Mine,on the basis of the original means of strengthening the management of ventilation system and the gas control means of top drainage roadway,this paper puts forward the method of coal gas pre-drainage through ingenious use of gas extraction fan-shaped boreholes in the shunting chamber construction of air intake roadway to carry out gas pre-drainage.It effectively reduces the concentration of gas emission during tunneling and mining,and effectively ensures the safety of mine production.
