奥陶系地层大口径供水井施工实践

摘    要:中煤集团山西金海洋能源有限公司供水井工程施工奥陶系地层大口径供水井22眼。该文以孔深710m的1#供水井施工工艺为例,介绍了大口径供水井成井的钻进参数、泥浆配方、防斜措施以及下管固井、洗井、抽水等施工工艺。经测试,该井井斜为1°20',出水量为25 m3/h,完全满足设计要求。

Abstract:22 large diameter water supply wells were drilled in Ordovician System strata by the Coal Group Shanxi Golden Ocean Energy Company Limited.To take the 710m deep 1# water supply well construction as an example,introduced the large diameter water well drilling parameters,mud formula,inclining prevention measures and cementing,well cleaning,pumping construction technique.Tested well inclination is 1°20′,water yield 25 m3/h,thus design requirements were fully satisfied.
