摘    要:采用阳离子反浮选-磁选联合工艺,对弓长岭选矿厂磁选精矿进行提铁降硅的研究和试验。一年多的工业试验和运行结果看,工艺流程顺行,生产指标稳定,浮选铁精矿品位达到68.89%、SiO3.90%,铁回收率98.50%。实现了矿山产品与炼铁技术经济指标优化及系统效益最大化,对同类型选矿厂具有指导意义。

Abstract:Study and tests were made on raising the iron grade and reducing the SiO 2 content in the concentrate of Gongchangling Concentrator by cationic reverse flotation-magnetic separation combined technology. Over one year's industrial test and opration show a smooth technological flowsheet and stable production indexes, with the flotation iron concentrate having an iron grade of 68.89%, SiO 2 content of 3.9% and iron recovery of over 98.5%, realizing the optimization of mine product and both technical and economical indexes of iron-making and the maximization of the systematic benefit. It is of guidance significance to the concentrator of the same kind.
