包钢选矿厂磁铁矿尾矿选稀土的探讨

摘    要:包钢选矿厂磁铁矿系列磁尾矿中稀土含量6.5%左右,改造前全部放尾。为了充分利用现有的原矿资源,拓宽生存空间,进行了在磁铁矿尾矿中选稀土的工业试验。结果表明,经一次粗选、二次精选选别,可获稀土精矿品位52%。建议增加精选次数,可生产稀土精矿品位60%。

Abstract:The tailings of low intensity magnetic separation of magnetite ore production line in Bao Steel's Concentrator contain about 6.5% rare-earth and were discarded before the transformation. To make full use of the existing ore resource and widen the existence space, industrial test on rare-earth separation from the tailings was carried out. The results show that a rare-earth concentrate with a grade of 52% can be obtained by one roughing and two cleanings. It is suggested to increse the number of cleaning so as to raise the grade to 60%.
