| 摘 要： | 我国的基本金属矿产资源富矿少、贫矿多，总体禀赋及开发条件比较差。“五环归一”工程管理模式以经济地质理论为基础，统筹地、采、选、冶及环保5个环节技术与流程，归结于经济和社会效益最大化；通过技术和管理系统创新，大幅度降低了投资和成本；在紫金山金铜矿及诸多矿山开发过程中发挥了重要作用，使低品位资源取得了高效益。该工程管理模式对我国众多低品位难处理矿产资源的经济有效开发具有重要指导意义。
