| 摘 要： | 利用计算机对企业的生产统计进行管理，可以及时、准确、全面监控生产管理全过程，为领导决策提供科学依据，对企业提高生产管理水平和技术经济效益具有重要的现实意义。文中系统介绍了大冶铁矿选矿厂生产统计系统的开发目标、意义、系统功能、开发工具以及开发方法，为其他企业建立类似的生产统计系统提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Application of computer in the management of the production statistics of enterprises can give timely, accurate and comprehensive monitoring of the whole process production management so as to provide scientific basis for the policy decision of leaders.Therefore,it is of great practical importance for the enterprises to raise the production management level and the economical and technical benefits.The paper describes the development object,significance,tools and methods of the production statistics system and its functions in Daye Iron Mine's concentrator,which can be a reference of other enterprises that will establish a similar system. |
