极贫磁铁矿石的选矿试验研究与生产实践

摘    要:针对河北承德地区宽城县丰富的极贫磁铁矿石,即低于最低工业品位的铁矿石,选择有针对性的技术、工艺和设备,大幅度的降低生产成本,从而获得可观的经济效益。介绍了河北宽城县马道沟矿业有限公司极贫磁铁矿石的选矿试验研究与生产实践,采用超粗磨大粒度粗选抛尾工艺处理原矿品位16%的铁矿石,获得了成功。

Abstract:Appropriate technology,process and equipment were selected for ultralean magnetite ore which has the grade that is lower than the lowest industrial grade and is rich in Kuancheng County,Chengde Prefecture,Hebei Province so as to greatly reduce the production cost and obtain considerable economical benefit.Experiment research and production practice of ultralean magnetite ore beneficiation at Madaogou Mining Co.,Ltd,Kuancheng County,Hebei Province were described.Ultracoarse grinding was used to discard tailings of large particle size at coarse separation of raw ore with 16% grade and achieved success.
