摘    要:以4种发泡剂(F1、F2、F3和F4)、稠化剂H、交联剂AL和大屯煤电公司粉煤灰为原料制备煤矿井下防灭火用多相凝胶泡沫材料,着重研究了发泡剂复配方案及用量、稠化剂H与交联剂Al的配比及用量、不同发泡方式(机械搅拌发泡和压缩氮气发泡)对材料发泡性能的影响。结果表明,将F1和F3按1∶1的质量比进行复配,在复配发泡剂与水的质量比为4‰、稠化剂H和交联剂AL与水的质量比均为3‰、水灰比为5∶1的条件下采用压缩气体发泡方式进行发泡,材料产生的多相凝胶泡沫性能最佳。

Abstract:With four kinds of foaming agent (F1, F2, F3 and F4), the thickener H, the cross-linking agent AL and fly ash from Datun Coal and Electricity Company as raw materials, the multiphase gel foam for the underground fire prevention of coal mine is prepared, focusing on studying the proportion and dosage of foaming agents, the mixture ratio and dosage of thickener H and cross-linking agent Al, and influences of different foaming (foaming by mechanical stirring and foaming by compressed nitrogen) on the foam properties of materials. The results show that under the conditions of the mass ratio of F1 and F3 at 1∶1, the mass ratio of complex foaming agent and water at 4‰, the mass ratio of thickener H, cross-linking agent AL and water at 3‰, and the water-cement ratio of 5∶1, the multiphase gel foam with highest performance is produced by the compressed gas foaming.
