粘结性抑尘剂抑制露天煤场扬尘的工业试验

摘    要:实验室研制的粘结性抑尘剂溶液喷洒在散体物料表面后,能使表面散体物料粘结形成具有一定强度的硬壳,具有防尘作用。工业试验在武钢焦作矿原煤场进行。煤堆喷洒抑尘剂后第2天,结成1层连续完整硬壳,壳体经历了4场雨、2场雪的冲刷及多次冻融后,仍完整无裂隙。第56d时对壳体的耐吹风、抗压力及抗剪切力等进行了测定。壳体抗压强度为3992Pa,抗剪切强度为1007.5Pa。当吹风风速达到23m/s时,壳体不破裂,表面扬尘浓度仅为0.597mg/m^3。露天煤场应用该抑尘剂不仅可以减少扬尘、保护环境,而且还可减少煤的流失。

Abstract:Laboratory-developed cohesive dust depressor solution, when sprayed on the surface of bulk material, can make the surface material bond with each other to form a layer of crust, having a role of dust prevention. The industrial test was made in Jiaozuo Mine's coal yard, Wu Steel. A continuous and complete crust which formed two days after the spraying of dust depressor remained complete after experiencing 4 rains, 2 snows and many times of freezing and thawing. Testing on the resistance to wind, pressure and shear of the crust was done on the 56th day after the spraying. The compressive strength and shearing strength were 3992 Pa and 1007.5 Pa respectively. The crust didn't break at a wind velocity of 23 m/s, with the concentration of the surface flying dust being only 0.697 mg/m 3. The application of this dust depressor at open coal yard will not only reduce the flying dust so as to protect the environment, but also decrease the loss of coal.
