某微细粒嵌布金矿石浮选试验研究

摘    要:某金矿石中的金矿物主要以自然金的形式存在,其颗粒细小,属于微细粒金,且与脉石关系密切,同时矿石中又含有一定量的粘土矿物,对分选不利。对该矿石采用浮选法富集金矿物,通过2次粗选、1次扫选和2次精选,在原矿金品位为3.82 g/t的情况下,获得了精矿金品位为63.80 g/t,金回收率为92.08%的较好试验指标,

Abstract:The main gold mineral is micro-grained natural gold which is close to gangue.There are some clay minerals affecting the flotation index.The flotation is adopted to concentrate the gold minerals by the flow-sheet of two-roughing,one-scavenging and two-cleaning.Gold concentrate with better grade and recovery of being 63.80 g/t and 92.08% respectively is achieved due to grade of 3.82 g/t of original gold ore.
