基于Galerkin法的阶梯式扬矿管偏移分析

摘    要:深海采矿系统中,连接在采矿船上的扬矿管受多种因素的影响。呈现出相当的复杂动力学特性,将扬矿管考虑成弹性梁,通过分析梁单元在垂直平面所受的各种横向载荷的影响,建立起了梁单元横向振动的数学模型,同时根据扬矿管的边界条件,利用Galerkin法,对此数学模型进行了求解,得到扬矿管相对于船的偏移,以及扬矿管的弯曲应力等。

Abstract:In deep sea mining system,the mining pipe that is connected to the mining ship and affected by various factors,will exhibit rather complex dynamic characteristics.Considering the mining pipe as an elastic beam and through analysing the effect of various laterial loads in the vertical plane on the beam element,a methematical model for the lateral vibration of beam element was established.The model was evaluated by using the boundary condition of the pipe and the Galerkin method and the pipe displacement relative to the ship and its bending stress were obtained.
