复合材料BiVO_4/ZnO光催化降解废水中的丁基黄药

摘    要:针对选矿废水中残留的有毒有害丁基黄药,通过水热法制备出一种高效复合型光催化材料BiVO_4/ZnO。采用XRD、SEM和UV-Vis等对样品的结构、形貌和光学性质等进行了表征。在模拟太阳光照射下,考察了降解时间、BiVO_4与ZnO不同质量百分比的BiVO_4/ZnO和不同丁基黄药初始浓度等因素对光催化降解效果的影响。结果表明:(1)BiVO_4与ZnO按质量比25%复合的光催化材料BiVO_4/ZnO对丁基黄药模拟废水具有强降解效果;丁基黄药初始浓度越低、降解时间越长,丁基黄药的降解率越高;pH=7、初始浓度为50 mg/L的丁基黄药模拟废水50 mL,在复合光催化材料BiVO_4/ZnO用量为50 mg时的降解率为96.00%。(2)复合光催化材料BiVO_4/ZnO可循环用于丁基黄药的降解,丁基黄药的降解率几乎不受循环利用次数的影响。(3)复合光催化材料BiVO_4/ZnO对丁基黄药的降解行为符合一级反应动力学模型。

Abstract:A kind of efficient composite photocatalytic materials BiVO4/ZnO had been prepared via hydrothermal method in order to address the toxic or harmful residual butyl xanthate in wastewater of mineral processing.X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and uv-vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy (UV-Vis) have been used to characterize the structure,morphology and optical properties of the sample.Under simulated solar light irradiation,the impact of various variables,including the degradation time,BiVO4/ZnO with different quality ratio of BiVO4 and ZnO and initial butyl xanthate concentration,on the butyl xanthate degradation were investigated.Results showed:① Composite photocatalytic materials BiVO4/ZnO with the doping ratio of BiVO4 as much as 25% the quality of ZnO have high degradation effect of butyl xanthate simulated wastewater;the lower initial concentration 、the longer degradation time,the higher degradation effect of butyl xanthate;the degradation efficiency of butyl xanthate of 50 mL reached 96.00% using photocatalytic materials BiVO4/ZnO of 50 mg under the condition of the butyl xanthate initial concentration of 50 mg/L at pH=7.②Composite photocatalytic materials BiVO4/ZnO can be reused in the degradation of butyl xanthate and the degradation efficiency is almost not influenced by recycling times.③The photocatalytic degradation of butyl xanthate by photocatalytic materials BiVO4/ZnO followed the first-order kinetic model.
