| 摘 要： | 以油酸钠为助磨剂对鄂西某鲕状赤铁矿石进行了助磨效果试验，并对助磨机理进行了研究。结果表明：油酸钠是一种良好的鲕状赤铁矿石助磨剂，在磨矿浓度为50%时，油酸钠的适宜用量为试样质量的0.4%；油酸钠的助磨作用主要是降低鲕状赤铁矿石的显微硬度，同时使赤铁矿颗粒发生疏水团聚，有利于赤铁矿和胶磷矿的分离。

| Abstract: | The effect of sodium oleate as grinding aids on the grinding efficiency of oolitic hematite was studied and the mechanism of the grinding aids was analyzed. The results indicated that the sodium oleate is a very effective grinding aid during grinding of oolitic hematite. Under the condition of grinding concentration 50%，the addition of sodium oleate is 0.4%. As the grinding aid，sodium oleate mainly reduces the micro-hardness of hematite，and is beneficial to separate hematite from collophanite since it leads to the hydrophobic reunion action of hematite particles. |
