介质制度对磨矿过程影响的研究进展

摘    要:磨矿介质制度直接影响着选矿厂技术经济指标的高低。从磨矿介质形状、尺寸、配比、充填率等4方面介绍了国内外在磨矿介质制度研究方面的进展。这些研究表明,不同形状的磨矿介质其磨矿特性不同,不同尺寸的介质适合处理不同粒度的矿石,合理的配比有利于提高磨矿效率,介质充填率对介质的运动状态和磨机有用功率有显著影响;针对现有研究成果的不足,提出了今后介质制度研究的方向。

Abstract:Grinding media system directly affects the technical and economic indicators of the concentrator.The paper introduces the research progress on the grinding media system at home and broad from four aspects of grinding media's shape,size,ratio,filling rate etc..The studies indicated that different shapes of grinding media has different grinding characteristics,and different sizes of media is suitable for dealing with different particle size of the ore.A reasonable ratio can improve grinding efficiency,and the filling rate of the media can significantly impact the motion state of the media and the useful power of the mill.In view of the shortcomings in the current research achievements,the future research direction in the grinding media system was put forward.
