齐大山铁矿石选矿技术研究综合评述

摘    要:齐大山铁矿是我国特大型红铁矿铁矿山,在我国铁矿选矿技术研究中占有很重要的地位.介绍了齐大山铁矿石选矿技术基础研究情况和连续磨矿、弱磁选-强磁选-阴离子反浮选等4种工艺对比工业试验情况,分析了工业上应用的阶段磨矿、重选-磁选-阴离子反浮选等5种工艺流程选别齐大山铁矿石选矿工艺流程的特点,提出今后改进齐大山铁矿石选别指标的建议.

Abstract:Qidashan Iron Mine is one of China's superlarge red iron ore concentrators and its research on iron ore beneficiation technology has occupied an important position in China.The paper describes its basic research on iron ore beneficiation and the comparative commercial tests on the four processes such as "continuous grinding,low and high intensity magnetic separation and anionic reverse flotation".The characteristics of the five technological flowsheets that have been used in the production to treat Qidashan iron ore are analyzed and the suggestions on improving the metallurgical performances of Qidashan iron concentration are given.
