福建某低品位钾长石矿石选矿试验

摘    要:为了给福建某低品位钾长石矿石的开发利用提供依据,对该矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,以硫酸为调整剂、十二胺+柴油为浮云母的捕收剂、氢氟酸和十二胺分别为浮钾长石的活化剂和捕收剂,采用强磁选除铁-脱泥-浮选除云母-钾长石与石英浮选分离工艺处理该矿石,可以获得K2O含量和回收率分别为9.84%和82.82%的钾长石精矿及SiO2含量和回收率分别为98.80%和26.07%的石英精矿,钾长石精矿达到陶瓷工业对一级品钾长石原料的质量要求,石英精矿符合玻璃工业对低档石英砂原料的质量要求。

Abstract:In order to provide a basis for the development and utilization of a low-grade K-feldspar ore in Fujian,, the beneficiation tests on this ore was carried out. The results showed that with sulfuric acid as modifier, dodecylamine+diesel as collector of floating mica, hydrofluoric acid and dodecylamine as activator and collector of floating K-feldspar separately, K-feldspar concentrate with K2O content of 9.84% and recovery of 82.82% and quartz concentrate with SiO2 content of 98.80% and recovery of 26.07% were obtained through the flow-sheet of high intensity magnetic separation for iron removal-desliming-flotation for mica removal-flotation separation of K-feldspar and quartz. K-feldspar concentrate can meet the requirement of A-level K-feldspar raw materials for the ceramic industry, and quartz concentrates comes in line with the requirements of low-grade quartz sand for the glass industry.
