梅山铁精矿粗细分级选别降磷研究

摘    要:采用粗细分级选别新工艺,并使用新型选磷捕收剂T-68,能达到梅山铁精矿降磷的各项指标(尤其是铁精矿碱比)的要求。该方案具有流程简单、易行及技术经济指标好等优点。

Abstract:The performance index requirements(in particular the alkali ratio of iron concentrate)of phosphorus reduction of Meishan iron concentrate can be met by the new technology of separate beneficiation of coarse and fine particle fractions and using a new collector for phosphorus-T68 collctor.The recommended scheme has the advantages of simple flowsheet,easy practice and good economical and technical performances.
