摘    要:为了将泡沫充填技术成功地应用于地下充填矿山,以金川F17以东采场的开采技术条件,开展了泡沫砂浆充填体的物理力学特性试验研究。在此基础上,采用数值模拟技术,进行泡沫砂浆充填体充填采场的作用机理与充填效果研究。现场实践表明,泡沫砂浆充填体具有流动性好、充填质量高、成本较低等优点。理论分析结果显示,对于金川F17以东采场围岩条件,采用与普通充填体相同灰砂比,泡沫砂浆充填技术不仅提高充填体的力学参数,还能够实现较高的充填接顶率,从而有效控制采场岩层移动,确保采场的安全。由此表明,泡沫砂浆充填技术在金川F17以东采场的充填法采矿是可行的,矿山正在进行采场的工业试验研究。
