基于PCA的矿山设备安全评价

摘    要:矿山设备作为矿山安全生产的重要组成部分,其安全性能对防止和减少矿山伤亡事故,保障工作人员的安全和矿山生产的安全有至关重要的作用。从矿山设备安全检测出发,确定初始评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对提升机、排水泵、通风机和空气压缩机的检测数据进行综合分析,进而对矿山设备的整体安全性进行综合评价;最后通过实例分析了8个矿区设备安全的优劣。 结果表明,采用主成分分析法得到的评价结果能够准确、客观、全面地反映矿山设备的安全状况。

Abstract:Mining equipments as an important part in mining safety production, play a vital role in preventing and reducing the mine casualties, protecting the safety of staff and securing the mine safety. the initial evaluation index system is determined based on the mining equipment safety detection, and the principal component analysis is adopted to analyze comprehensively the testing data of the hoist, drain pump, fan and the air compressor, and then the overall safety of the mining equipments is evaluated comprehensively. Finally,this paper analyzes the pros and cons of the eight mining equipments in safety with the cases. The results show that the evaluation can accurately, objectively, comprehensively reflect the safety situation of mining equipment by PCA.
