摘    要:介绍了楔形刻槽螺旋溜槽叶片特点、组装及主要技术参数,通过1200 m m ×720 m m 楔形刻槽螺旋溜槽与普通螺旋溜槽的实验室及工业对比试验表明,不仅改善了叶片断面上浓度分布和增强水流的脉动作用,还可以借助导向槽使重矿物沿沟槽向内侧移动,有利于提高重矿物的回收率。

Abstract:The feature,assemblying and main technical parameters of the blades of wedged groove spiral sluice are described.Its labouratory and industrial tests with conventional sluices have shown that not only can the concentration distribution on the blade section be improved and the pulsation of water flow be enhanced,but heavy minerals can also be made move along the inner side of the groove with the help of the guiding groove,which will facilitate the increase of the heavy mineral recovery.
