二峰山铁矿尾矿开采安全技术论证

摘    要:我国年产铁矿尾矿1.3亿t,但利用率不足10%,不仅占用大量土地,危及环境与安全,而且造成资源上的严重浪费。目前,不少矿山都在开展尾砂利用工作,但尾砂开采对尾矿库的稳定性、尾砂排放及排洪条件等方面都有较大影响,具有较高的安全技术要求,尤其应降低坝体浸润线,确保其安全。二峰山在尾矿库尾砂开采实施前进行了安全技术论证,提出了合理的尾砂开采方案。

Abstract:There are an annual iron tailings production of 130 million t in China. As the utilization rate is under 10%,iron tailings not only occupy a large amount of land and endanger the environment and safety,but also lead to a serious waste of resources.At present,many mines are carrying out the tailings utilization work. Tailings mining can have great effect on the stability of tailings reservoir, tailings discharge and flood discharge conditions. It asks for special technical requirements of safety, especially the lowering of the seepage line of dam body to ensure the dam safety. The technical conditions of the safety for mining the tailings of Erfengshan Iron Mine are expounded and the tailings mining scheme is presented.
