针状硅灰石超细粉制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用不同的粉碎方式及工艺条件制备硅灰石超细针状粉,对产物的粒度及长径比有重要的影响。试验首先用冲击式粉碎机对硅灰石进行选择性粉碎和富集,然后用气流粉碎机和介质搅拌磨对冲击粉碎产物进行超细粉碎试验,结果表明,对于搅拌磨,柱状介质比球状介质更有利于保护硅灰石原来的针柱状形态;对于2种超细粉碎方式,气流粉碎比搅拌磨矿具有更好的选择性,其硅灰石产品的针状结构明显优异,可获得高长径比的硅灰石超细针状粉。通过试验,确定了2种超细粉碎工艺的适宜条件。

Abstract:The comminution type and technical conditions can have great impact on the length-diameter ratio of the product in preparing uhrafine needle-shaped wollastonite powder. Impact comminutor was used for the selective comminution and enrichment of wollastonite and then air-flow comminutor and medium agitating grinder were used in the uhrafine comminution test of the impact-comminuted product. The test results show that, for agitating grinding, column-shaped medium is better than sperical-shaped medium in protecting the original needle-shape of wollastonite, of the two kinds of ultrafine comminution, the agitating grinding has better selectivity, with its product having remavkable excellent needle-shaped structure and larger length-diameter ratio. The suitable conditions for both ultrafine comminution processes were determined through tests.
