调军台选矿厂浮选尾矿再选试验研究

摘    要:由于现阶段国内、外铁矿资源紧张,本着资源充分开发利用的原则,针对调军台选厂浮选尾矿的性质,在实验室进行了强磁抛尾,强磁精再磨,弱磁反浮选试验,取得入选尾矿品位15.15%,终精品位66.70%,产率4.47%,回收率19.68%的指标。

Abstract:Due to the increasing demand on iron ore resources both in and outside China, in the principle of full exploitation and utilization of resources and according to the properties of the flotation tailings of the concentrator, laboratory tests were made tailings discarding by high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS), regrinding of HIMS concentrate and low intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation, achieving a final concentrate of 66.70% grade, 4.47% yield and 19.68% recovery from a tailings feed grading 15.15%.
