大冶铁矿高效闪速浮选机的工业试验

摘    要:大冶铁矿选厂采用SL-SSF75-1型高效闪速浮选机对硫精矿进行再选,工业试验表明:原分离浮选硫精矿含铜0.713%,经闪速浮选机再选后,含铜降至0.487%,铜的作业回收率33.58%。闪精与铜精合并为入库铜皮精,铜品位仍可达考核要求,使矿产资源得到充分应用,并获得良好的经济效益。

Abstract:SL-SSF75-1 high capacity flash flotation cells are used in reconcentrating the sulfur concentrate in Daye Iron Mine's concentrator.After the reconcentration of the flash flotation cells,the copper content of the sulfur concentrate is reduced to 0.487% and the copper recovery of the operation is 33.58%.The combined copper concentrate of the flash flotation and the original flotation's has a copper grade that meets the check requirement.As a result,the mineral resource is fully utilized and a good economical benefit achieved.
