| 摘 要： | 采用电子生物显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪研究了半水硫酸钙晶须制备过程中加入的稳定剂硬脂酸钠的用量对晶须生长的影响。结果表明:硬脂酸钠在晶须表面的吸附状态随其用量变化而变化;硬脂酸钠对半水硫酸钙晶体的形貌有较大影响;硬脂酸钠在半水硫酸钙表面吸附的不均匀性是半水硫酸钙呈现不同形貌的根本原因。

| Abstract: | The influence of the dosage of stabilizer，sodium stearate on the growth process of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers was investigated through E-biological microscope，scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the absorption state was different with additive amount varied and the crystallization course of hemihydrate calcium sulfate was greatly affected by sodium stearate.So it is pointed out that the main reason for the different crystal shape of hemihydrate calcium sulfate is that the absorption amounts of sodium stearate is not uniform on their surface. |
