粉尘作业场所风险评价模型的研究

摘    要:我国尘肺病发病率居高不下,粉尘作业场所的安全问题越发得到社会的广泛关注;传统的安全评价已经不适用新的发展需求,必须对粉尘作业场所进行科学合理的评价,这对降低由粉尘带来的职业危害有重要意义;从人-物-环-管理4个因素着手,分析粉尘作业场所危害程度的影响因素,得出12个二级影响因素,进而得出40个三级影响因素,建立了粉尘作业场所评价指标体系;结合模糊数学的理论,提出了基于模糊综合评价的粉尘作业场所风险评价模型,并通过实际应用校验其合理性。

Abstract:Pneumoconiosis incidence rate has been kept high in China, causing a wide social attention to the safety issue of dusting operation sites.The conventional safety assessment has not been adaptable to the new requirements of development and a scientific, rational assessment is required for dusting operation sites, which will be of great significance to reducing the dust-caused occupational hazards.Starting from the factors of man, material, environment and management, the paper discusses the influencing factors for the hazard degrees of dusting operation sites, including 12 second-level influencing factors and further 40 third-level influencing factors; sets up an assessment indicator system for dusting operation sites; proposes a risk assessment model for dusting operation sites based on a fuzzy comprehensive assessment with fuzzy mathematic theory; and examines the rationality of this model through actual application.
