| 摘 要： | 分析了我国有色金属矿山固体废物综合回收和利用的现状，指出了大部分矿山企业存在对固体废物综合开发利用的认识不深、科技投入不足、固体废物混乱堆放、家底不清等问题，提出了加强矿山固体废物的管理、加大固体废物综合回收和利用的科技投入、积极推广清洁生产工艺、发展循环经济等措施。 |

| Abstract: | The present situation of the comprehensive recovery and utilization of the solid waste in China's nonferrous metallic mines is described.It is pointed out that there are problems in most of the mining enterprises such as being unaware of the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of solid waste,insufficient input in science and technology,disordered deposition of solid waste and being unclear of their properties.Suggestions are made on the measures that should be taken,including intensifying the management of mine solid waste,enhancing the input in the science and technology in this respect,actively extending the clean production technology and developing the recycle economy. |
